Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Operations
- Oversee daily HR activities to ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and logistics client requirements.
- Monitor and review the work of HR staff and Receptionist.
- Support internal & external audits and assist in handling legal, DOLE, and union concerns.
- Manage employee discipline, investigations, and enforcement of Company Rules & Regulations.
- Oversee clinic administration (3rd-party provider) and security operations.
Recruitment & Hiring
- Source and screen qualified candidates through various channels.
- Conduct interviews, administer tests, and prepare hiring evaluations.
- Perform background checks and ensure complete compliance of pre-employment requirements.
- Facilitate onboarding, orientations, and employment contract processing.
Timekeeping & Payroll
- Validate attendance, OT, leaves, and other payroll-affecting records.
- Prepare and process accurate and timely payroll for warehouse logistics employees.
- Ensure on-time ATM crediting, compute final pay, 13th month pay, and salary adjustments.
- Maintain payroll records, government contributions, and loan payment updates.
Benefits & Compensation
- Administer government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and HMO/GPAI coverages.
- Assist in implementation of CBA-related benefits and internal compensation plans.
- Address employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits.
HR & Payroll Reporting
- Prepare monthly HR reports: headcount, turnover, training, manhours/OT, and government remittances.
- Coordinate with Accounting for reconciliation and other required submissions.
Training & Development
- Conduct TNA and prepare Annual Training Plan.
- Organize internal training, evaluation, and training-effectiveness reporting.
- Support performance appraisal and annual salary review process.
Records Management & Employee Services
- Maintain organized HR and payroll files.
- Handle COE issuance, security access cards, clearances, and exit processes.
Employee Engagement & Special Projects
- Assist in implementing company programs: Sports Fest, Christmas Party, Health Campaigns, APE, etc.
- Support engagement initiatives to ensure active employee participation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field
- At least 2–3 years HR Generalist experience, preferably in warehouse logistics
- Knowledge in PH Labor Code, timekeeping & payroll systems, government statutory benefits
- Strong communication, organizational and stakeholder management skills
- With background in handling audits, discipline cases, and union concerns is an advantage
Work Location: San Pedro, Laguna
ASAP Deployment
Chosen candidate will undergo 1-month training at our Marikina Head Office — accommodations provided.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
