The Role

As a Brand & Partnerships Executive Partner, you'll support the Head of Brands / Chief Brand Officer of a fast-growing consumer lifestyle company.

You'll sit at the intersection of brand partnerships, influencer marketing, and creative execution — managing outreach, coordinating creatives, and ensuring campaigns move smoothly.

This is not a typical marketing-assistant role. You'll operate as a thought and execution partner, helping shape how global consumer brands communicate, grow, and run.


What You'll Do
  • Manage influencer, press, and creative outreach
  • Write persuasive outreach messages and creative briefs
  • Coordinate deliverables and ensure alignment with brand tone
  • Review partnership proposals (e.g., CPM, engagement)
  • Create simple decks or visuals in Canva or Figma
  • Organize updates from Slack, Email, and Notion into clear summaries
  • Build simple SOPs and dashboards to improve execution speed

What We're Looking For
  • Experience working with influencers, brand partners, or creatives
  • Clear, persuasive writing skills
  • Strong judgment when evaluating offers or proposals
  • Eye for brand aesthetics and design consistency
  • Organized and systems-oriented — reliable with trackers, Notion, or Sheets
  • Fast learner who embraces AI tools and modern marketing workflows
