The Role

As a Brand & Partnerships Executive Partner, you'll support the Head of Brands / Chief Brand Officer of a fast-growing consumer lifestyle company.

You'll work across brand partnerships, influencer marketing, and creative execution — managing outreach, coordinating creatives, and ensuring campaigns move smoothly.

This is not a typical marketing assistant role. You'll operate as a thought and execution partner, helping shape how global consumer brands communicate, grow, and operate.


What You'll Do
  • Manage influencer, press, and creative outreach
  • Write persuasive outreach messages and creative briefs
  • Coordinate deliverables and ensure brand alignment
  • Review partnership proposals (e.g., CPM, engagement)
  • Create simple decks or visuals using Canva or Figma
  • Organize updates from Slack, Email, and Notion into clear summaries
  • Build SOPs and dashboards to improve execution speed

What We're Looking For
  • Experience working with influencers, brand partners, or creatives
  • Clear and persuasive written communication
  • Strong judgment when evaluating offers or proposals
  • Eye for brand aesthetics and design consistency
  • Highly organized; comfortable with Notion, trackers, or Sheets
  • Fast learner who embraces AI tools and modern workflows
