We pair exceptional Executive Partners (EPs) with fast-growing e-commerce, creative, and consumer brands to bring structure, clarity, and execution leverage — combining strong human judgment with modern AI tools.

This is not a typical VA role. EPs embed directly into businesses, anticipate needs, make decisions, and operate like internal Chiefs of Staff or high-trust operators.


The Role and Your Mission

As an Executive Partner at Ally, you will:

  • Manage information flow (Slack, Notion, Email) and keep projects, tasks, and deadlines on track
  • Build systems and dashboards that teams actually use
  • Communicate proactively: updates, briefs, follow-ups
  • Use AI tools and automation (Notion AI, ChatGPT, Gumloop, n8n) to optimize workflows
  • Coordinate across teams and stakeholders, ensuring execution and clarity

WHICH EP ROLE ARE YOU?

Ally is hiring for three different Executive Partner roles. Please select the role you are applying for in the application form:

1. General / Founder Support EP
  • Responsibilities: Support founders or executives across operations, marketing, and creative projects; manage workstreams; prioritize high-impact decisions.
  • Ideal Background: Experienced Executive Assistant or Chief of Staff with broad operational support experience; comfortable handling varied tasks across multiple functions.
2. Marketing & Partnerships EP
  • Responsibilities: Support Head of Brands / Chief Brand Officer; manage influencer, press, and creative collaborations; create decks and campaign materials; evaluate campaign performance metrics.
  • Ideal Background: Experience in marketing, influencer coordination, brand partnerships, or creative execution; comfortable with basic design and reporting.
3. Product / Production EP
  • Responsibilities: Support CEO / COO; coordinate product and production updates; track metrics and defects; maintain operational clarity; liaise with suppliers (Mandarin useful).
  • Ideal Background: Experience in eCommerce operations, product coordination, or production management; detail-oriented; conversational Mandarin preferred.

What Success Looks Like
  • 30 Days: Learn client's business, priorities, and workflows; own recurring updates
  • 60 Days: Independently manage workstreams and improve systems
  • 90 Days: Become a trusted partner; drive continuous improvement and execution clarity
