We are growing quickly and we're looking for a passionate and detail-oriented E-Commerce Associate to join our growing cosmetics brand If you're digitally savvy, organized, and eager to help us deliver beauty and confidence to our customers nationwide, we'd love to meet you

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Manage and update online store listing (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok & website)
  • Monitor daily sales performance, traffic, and campaign results
  • Coordinate product uploads, descriptions, pricing, campaigns and promotions
  • Support online campaigns and influencer collaborations
  • Process, monitor and respond to customer inquiries and ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to optimize online performance

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing (experience in beauty or FMCG is a plus)
  • Familiar with major e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop)
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
  • Creative, proactive, and data-driven mindset
  • Passion for beauty, skincare, and cosmetics
