Job Summary:

The Inventory Staff is responsible for providing comprehensive support to warehouse operations by performing tasks related to inventory control, processing transactions in SAP, and facilitating the accurate receipt and issuance of materials. This position also provides assistance with a range of accounting activities, including inventory reconciliation, and documentation of material movements. The role is essential in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial transactions related to warehouse inventory, in compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform warehouse transactions for all materials, including receiving and issuance, ensuring accurate and on-time recording in both manual and SAP systems.
  • Assist in unloading and loading materials when needed.
  • Conduct regular (monthly) and accurate physical inventory counts of materials across all KPMI warehouse locations.
  • Monitor and record incoming and outgoing materials, ensuring all transactions are properly documented in manual monitoring and SAP systems.
  • Support the issuance and receiving processes by verifying documents such as delivery receipts, material requisitions, and goods receipt notes.
  • Update records accordingly to maintain accurate stock levels.
  • File and organize warehouse-related documents, ensuring easy access and compliance.
  • Witness scrap hauling activities, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.
  • Encode and verify the completeness and correctness of purchase requisition forms and related documents (e.g., item descriptions, quantities, cost centers, approvals).
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety and procedural guidelines.
  • Follow warehouse procedures and safety guidelines to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
  • Perform other related accounting or administrative duties as assigned by the Accounting Manager or Warehouse Supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in Accounting or finance roles handling SAP systems.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Experience with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
