Position Overview

The Non-Voice Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing high-quality support and managing customer interactions exclusively through digital channels, ensuring timely and effective resolution of inquiries related to the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service across various non-voice platforms, including email, chat, and dedicated web forms.
  • Efficiently manage and resolve customer inquiries, service requests, and complex complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide comprehensive assistance to customers across a wide range of healthcare-related processes, specifically:

  • Benefit verification

  • Claims processing
  • Account management
  • Maintain meticulous records, documentation, and data integrity to support all customer service operations and reporting requirements.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Education: Completion of Senior High School or a High School curriculum (old system) is required.
  • Communication: Must possess demonstrably strong communication skills.
  • Work Arrangement: Must be willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig.
  • Schedule: Flexibility to work on a shifting schedule is essential.
