Non-Voice Customer Service Representative

Position OverviewThe Non-Voice Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing high-quality support and managing customer interactions exclusively through digital channels, ensuring timely and effective resolution of inquiries related to the healthcare sector.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be expected to:
- Deliver exceptional customer service across various non-voice platforms, including email, chat, and dedicated web forms.
- Efficiently manage and resolve customer inquiries, service requests, and complex complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Provide comprehensive assistance to customers across a wide range of healthcare-related processes, specifically:

- Claims processing
- Account management
- Maintain meticulous records, documentation, and data integrity to support all customer service operations and reporting requirements.
- Education: Completion of Senior High School or a High School curriculum (old system) is required.
- Communication: Must possess demonstrably strong communication skills.
- Work Arrangement: Must be willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig.
- Schedule: Flexibility to work on a shifting schedule is essential.
