Job description:
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Graduate of any Engineering program or related field with technology as a core component
Experience: With at least three (3) years of professional experience in facilities/property management
Other Qualifications:

- Strong interpersonal and team collaboration abilities
- Effective communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Capable of working independently and directing own work
- Proficient in analysis, investigation, coordination, data gathering, goal setting, negotiation, and records management
- Skilled in office productivity tools, operations analysis, resource optimization, and service orientation
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Summary:
The Building Administrator is responsible for providing a physical environment that is conducive to student learning and employee productivity.
Organizational
· Translates Management's directions into department plans
· Secures and organizes department resources
· Administers payment and/or collection for facilities utilization, utilities consumption, and services for building administration
· Controls provision of services
· Creates and/or recommends standards to improve building administration services
· Communicates and enforces building administration-related policies, procedures, guidelines, and announcements to all stakeholders
· Complies with, monitors adherence to, and enforces the Institution's policies · Performs other duties that are relevant to one's position in the company
Maintenance
· Facilitates corrective and preventive maintenance as prescribed
· Monitors and evaluates activities to operate various building systems
Safety and Security
· Facilitates activities to promote safety and security
· Monitors and evaluates activities in implementing safety and security measures
· Prepares and provides plans, reports, and other information to secure necessary government permits
· Secures required updated permits, certificates, and other clearances from the government to ensure uninterrupted and efficient operation of various building systems
Utilities
· Provides strategies for efficient consumption of utilities
· Implements maintenance procedures
· Monitors and evaluates consumption of utilities
