Position Overview

The Area Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering an exceptional customer experience across Plains & Prints and R.A.F. boutiques. This role provides both strategic leadership and hands-on support to store managers and sales teams, ensuring each location achieves its sales targets, upholds brand standards, and consistently delivers outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales & Performance Management

  2. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit goals across all assigned boutiques.

  3. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales, conversion rates, and average transaction value.
  4. Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
  5. Identify business growth opportunities and create action plans to maximize store performance.

  6. Store Operations & Compliance

  7. Ensure store operations align with company policies, brand standards, and regulatory requirements.

  8. Oversee inventory control, stock management, and loss prevention initiatives.
  9. Conduct routine store visits and operational audits to ensure excellence in execution.
  10. Enforce visual merchandising guidelines to strengthen brand identity and enhance customer experience.

  11. Team Leadership & Development

  12. Lead the recruitment, training, and career development of store managers and frontline sales teams.

  13. Provide regular coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to build high-performing teams.
  14. Facilitate ongoing training sessions to improve product knowledge, selling techniques, and service delivery.
  15. Foster a culture of accountability, customer-centricity, and collaboration.

  16. Customer Experience & Brand Representation

  17. Ensure boutiques consistently deliver a premium, brand-aligned shopping experience.

  18. Address and resolve customer issues effectively, while implementing initiatives to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
  19. Support marketing campaigns, in-store promotions, and events to drive traffic and strengthen brand engagement.

  20. Reporting & Strategic Planning

  21. Prepare accurate sales reports, performance reviews, and business insights for senior leadership.

  22. Manage store budgets and expenses to maintain profitability.
  23. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Merchandising, and Operations) to align initiatives and optimize results.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in retail sales management, preferably in fashion or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
  • Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement effective strategies.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across assigned boutiques.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
