QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a civil design role, with a strong portfolio of Australian land development projects.
  • Expert proficiency in 12D and AutoCAD is essential.
  • In-depth knowledge of Australian design standards and regulations.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset

ROLES:

Create and model buildings:

  • Develop detailed 3D models of various structures, from residential to large commercial projects.

Generate technical drawings:

  • Produce 2D plans like floor plans, elevations, sections, and details from the 3D models for construction purposes.

Work with different disciplines:

  • Create plans for architectural, structural, and mechanical (MEP) systems, such as HVAC and electrical.

Manage and update models:

  • Handle changes to the model and ensure consistency throughout the project.

Collaborate with teams:

  • Work with architects, engineers, and other project team members to ensure design accuracy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php50, Php100,000.00 per month
