VA Admin Assistant

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, handling client communications, and providing essential administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with clients, including enquiries and referrals
- Accurately complete and maintain forms and records
- Provide general administrative support to the team as required
- Assist with day-to-day office and coordination tasks
- Support ad hoc administrative duties assigned from time to time
Skills & Experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in Sales or Customer Relations is an advantage
- Background in Public Relations is preferred but not essential
- Proficient in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Google Calendar
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
