Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Plant Manager to oversee and manage the operations of our ready-mix concrete plant. The Plant Manager will ensure the efficient production and delivery of high-quality concrete, compliance with safety and environmental standards, and effective management of plant personnel and resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily plant operations, including batching, quality control, and dispatch of ready-mix concrete.
  • Ensure strict compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Lead, train, and evaluate plant personnel to maintain high performance and productivity.
  • Plan and monitor production schedules to meet customer requirements and deadlines.
  • Manage operational costs and optimize the use of manpower, materials, and equipment.
  • Conduct regular equipment inspections and implement preventive maintenance programs.
  • Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and sales teams for smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate inventory of raw materials and manage stock levels.
  • Prepare operational reports and analyze production performance metrics.
  • Resolve operational issues promptly and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Plant Manager in the ready-mix concrete industry is required.
  • Strong knowledge of batching operations, concrete mix design, and quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in production planning, equipment maintenance, and plant management systems.

Work Assignment:

Will be assigned to either Jala-jala, Rizal or Sto. Tomas, Batangas, depending on operational requirements.

Note: Employment will start on January 2026.
