With a team of passionate professionals, we excel in events planning, programming, event logistics, crisis management, stakeholder management, and venue planning. What you'll be doing? Lead Operations: Oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of events, ensuring seamless delivery from concept to completion. Manage Projects: Handle projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and deliverables while mitigating risks. Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications, understanding their needs, and ensuring expectations are met or exceeded. Collaborate with Teams: Work with cross-functional teams to align operations with event goals, timelines, and budgets. Budget and Resource Management: Manage event budgets, procure resources, and negotiate contracts with suppliers to optimize costs while maintaining quality. On-site Operations: Direct on-site operations, supervise staff, conduct risk assessments, and ensure health and safety compliance. Post-event Evaluations: Perform evaluations, collect feedback, and prepare performance reports to identify improvements and efficiencies. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors to drive repeat business and satisfaction. Team Development: Mentor and develop the operations team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on innovation and excellence. Stay Informed: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance event offerings. Who are they looking for? Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in event operations or management, ideally in experiential or mass scale events. Skills: Exceptional project management skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teams, clients, and partners. Knowledge: Knowledge of health, safety, and regulatory compliance, including risk management in event settings. Flexibility: Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as events demand.
