NetSuite Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Netsuite Administrator to optimize a global Netsuite platform across the multiple business units and subsidiaries of our US client.  This will be responsible in Netsuite configuration, customization, and continuous improvement, partnering across different business units to deliver scalble solutions that will enable enterprise transformations.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Administration & Optimization

  • Administer roles, permissions, workflows, dashboards, and performance.
  • Configure and optimize modules (e.g., SuiteTax, Procurement, Squareworks).
  • Develop SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, saved searches, custom records, and reports.
  • Automate processes, improve data quality, and enhance the user experience.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Process Improvement

  • Partner with Finance, Sales, and other relevant business units to solve business needs.
  • Lead requirements gathering and design sessions supporting transformation initiatives.
  • Align processes and implement best practices across the business units and subsidiaries.
  • Support change management and drive adoption of new features and workflows.

Integrations & Ecosystem Enablement

  • Manage integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot, Stripe, Smartsheet, Jira, and Power BI.
  • Design and maintain APIs and middleware solutions such as Boomi and Celigo.
  • Enable seamless data exchange to support automation, analytics, and reporting initiatives.

Governance, Security & Support

  • Implement governance, security protocols, and SOX-compliant controls.
  • Provide Tier 2/3 support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve system errors.
  • Maintain documentation for configurations, workflows, integrations, and processes.
  • Plan, test, and manage NetSuite upgrades, releases, and feature rollouts.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of NetSuite administration in a global and multi-subsidiary environment.
  • Expertise with SuiteScript (1.0 & 2.x), SuiteFlow, saved searches, and dashboards.
  • Strong understanding of Finance & Accounting, and RevOps processes including GL, AP/AR, revenue recognition, procurement, and order management.
  • Proven experience integrating NetSuite with Salesforce, HubSpot, Stripe, Smartsheet, Jira, and Power BI via APIs or middleware like Boomi or Celigo.
  • Experience with advanced modules including SuiteTax and SquareWorks automation.
  • Knowledge of governance, security, and SOX-compliant best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments and regions.
  • NetSuite Administrator or ERP Consultant certification preferred.
