Job Description

This role offers an exceptional opportunity to work in the rapidly expanding cryptocurrency compliance sector, where you'll be conducting essential customer outreach and data analysis for financial regulatory purposes. You'll be handling sensitive compliance matters, creating critical regulatory reports, and working with state-of-the-art fin-tech systems. This position provides significant growth potential with opportunities to advance into team management roles and take on increasing responsibilities as you demonstrate your capabilities. You'll be working directly with compliance data that helps protect the financial system while supporting innovative cryptocurrency businesses.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct professional customer outreach calls to gather essential transaction information including purchase purposes, funding sources, and customer occupation details
  • Perform accurate data entry into Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs) and Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) for regulatory compliance
  • Manage both voice and text-based customer communications for compliance inquiries with professionalism and attention to detail
  • Monitor financial transactions and analyze data patterns for compliance purposes using advanced software systems
  • Create and maintain detailed spreadsheets with comprehensive customer interaction notes and analytical data
  • Conduct targeted online research and provide thorough reports on findings as assigned by management
  • Navigate multiple software systems and dashboards to scan data and perform analysis across various client platforms
  • Participate in quality control processes including phone call auditing and performance reviews
  • Take on expanding operational and transactional responsibilities as competency and trust are demonstrated
  • Potential to advance into team management role overseeing other virtual assistants as the organization grows
Requirements
  • Excellent English communication skills suitable for professional US customer interactions
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and advanced data management capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive personally identifiable information (PII) with complete discretion and professionalism
  • Self-motivated individual with strong work ethic and genuine desire for professional growth and advancement
  • Highly trainable and adaptable to new systems, processes, and evolving compliance requirements
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and professional phone communication setup
  • Comfortable working with financial compliance software, VPN systems, and secure data environments
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills for transaction monitoring and data analysis
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of accuracy and confidentiality
  • Interest in cryptocurrency and financial services industry with willingness to learn regulatory frameworks
