Job Description:

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the face and voice of our business, handling live chat, social media, emails, orders, refunds, and other customer needs. Your primary goal is to cultivate raving fans by providing empathetic, thoughtful, and prompt support. If you possess exceptional written English skills, enjoy problem-solving, and are committed to wowing customers every day, we invite you to be a part of our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to live chat questions and inquiries from customers visiting the website
  • Answer customer emails with a thoughtful and timely approach
  • Monitor social media channels, especially Facebook; delete inappropriate comments and respond appropriately to customer queries
  • Process orders, refunds, and address various customer requests in a timely and efficient manner

Requirements
  • Strong written and verbal English skills
  • Empathetic communication style with a genuine desire to help customers
  • Ability to multitask across various channels and efficiently manage a high volume of inquiries
  • Passion for delivering exceptional support and creating happy customers
