The Opportunity
Our partner is a top Australia-based leading in Personal Injury Claims Management Services. They specialize in Managing workers insurance and personal injury claims. Supporting return to work outcomes and driving solutions for improving work health safety They are one of the top injury management partner of choice for employers and government agencies which over 100 years Australians have turned to them for our claims expertise and personalized support in helping injured workers return to work.

Their Business Services Delivery department is actively focused on building web. Currently, they are looking for a Power Platform Lead to join the software engineering team to create modern digital software products. The team uses cutting-edge technologies to build high performing, scalable cloud-based solutions in a safe, secure, and agile fashion.

This position is a hybrid role based in ASW Vietnam/Malaysia/Philippines. Standard working hours will align with AU business hours, from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM Malaysia/Philippines or from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Vietnam Time. During the probation period, you will be required to work full-time onsite. After this period, the role will transition to a hybrid model, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and drive the strategic direction, performance and sustainability of the MS365 application portfolio, including Power Platform, Dynamics 365 CRM & Atlassian products. Oversee and deliver a scalable, efficient, collaborative and effective customer-centric operating model.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation. Maintain awareness of industry developments and trends and respond effectively to changes
  • Implement application changes in a safe and controlled manner following the change procedure.
  • Develop,implement,forecast and drive the strategic direction, performance and sustainability of the Power Platform and Applications Support function.Oversee and deliver a scalable,efficient,collaborative and effective customer-centric operating model.
  • Effective incident and problem management skills aligned to ITIL best practices

Qualifications

  • More than 5+years demonstrated experience in a similar technology role
  • Qualification aligned to M365 and ITIL Service Management
  • Experience supporting M365 suite (in particular SharePoint & MS Teams)
  • Experience supporting and customizing Dynamics 365 CRM platform
  • Experience supporting and deploying flows and apps with Microsoft Power Platforms (PowerApps, Power Automate)
  • Knowledge of following preferred: Atlassian Jira / Confluence, Microsoft Power Platform CoE
  • Able to work full-time in office during your probation
