Work set-up: Hybrid (once a week onsite)

Work location: BGC, Taguig

Work schedule: Night shift

Responsibilities:

  • Supplier Support
  • Campaign Production and completion
  • Issue reporting and escalation. Reporting issues to the team
  • Campaign Delivery. Groupings of surveys by a deadline
  • Successful geographical support for suppliers and campaign resolution

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree of any field
  • Must be a Bilingual expert in French and English languages
  • Expertise in Partner Portals, Excel, Power BI
  • Organization, cross-cultural communication, problem solving
  • Very good communication skills
  • Experience with global partner ecosystems, multilingual such as Chinese, Japanese, Italian and/or German
