Job Description:

We are looking for a Sales Executive with a passion for building relationships and generating results. The role involves identifying potential clients, managing existing accounts, and achieving sales targets within the industrial and manufacturing sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and identify new business opportunities within target industries.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive product presentations and quotations.
  • Negotiate and close sales to achieve or exceed monthly and annual targets.
  • Manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to support installation, after-sales service, and project execution.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and market feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and account management (industrial, manufacturing, or technical sales preferred).
  • Background in air compressors, vacuum systems, or related industrial equipment is a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and willing to travel.
  • With driver's license is preferred.
