HVAC Foreman

Supervision & Coordination Lead and supervise HVAC technicians and helpers on site. Coordinate daily work schedules and assign tasks to ensure project timelines are met. Monitor manpower productivity and ensure proper work sequencing. Report daily progress to the Project Engineer or Site Supervisor. Installation & Execution Perform and oversee installation of air conditioning units, ducting, piping, insulation, supports, and controls. Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and connection of mechanical equipment (indoor/outdoor units, air handlers, chillers, etc.). Conduct leak testing, vacuuming, refrigerant charging, and commissioning of systems. Ensure installation is in accordance with approved shop drawings and specifications. Maintenance & Troubleshooting Conduct preventive maintenance and corrective repair of air conditioning systems. Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and perform corrective actions. Replace faulty components such as compressors, motors, contactors, and thermostats. Quality & Safety Ensure all work complies with company safety standards and procedures. Inspect completed work for quality and compliance with design requirements. Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored. Documentation & Reporting Prepare daily activity reports and submit progress updates. Record refrigerant usage, materials consumed, and work completed.
