Job Summary:

  • Responsible for the consistency of the Bank's processes and due diligence standards in driving continuous improvement to foster a culture of productivity and innovation for optimal organizational performance

Role Exposure:

  • Conducts a thorough assessment of our key business processes to identify bottlenecks and areas of opportunities
  • Streamline workflows to improve operational effectiveness that results to customer satisfaction and/or cost efficiency
  • Ensures consistency, error reduction and service delivery enhancement thru focus on creating and maintaining standardized processes across departments
  • Works with groups to identify and pursue opportunities for enhancing productivity and performance, with an emphasis on incremental and sustainable charges
  • Promotes an environment where everyone is encouraged to engage in ideation and process optimization efforts
  • Leverages the diverse insights, experience and expertise within the organization thru fostering cross-functional teams and collaboration
  • Works closely with the Human Resources Management Group to develop clear job objectives linked to process efficiency and cost effectiveness to enable teams to better understand their roles in driving process improvement and ensuring adherence to standards
  • Ensures that automation efforts are aligned with business goals and process improvements
  • Focuses on eliminating redundancy, enhancing accuracy, and improving efficiency across automated systems

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Solid background in Business and Operational Excellence (at least 10 years and above)
  • Extensive experience in conducting enterprise-wide process reviews and improvement
  • Banking Operations exposure required
  • Demonstrated background in people management
  • Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred
