Job Description: Telemarketer

Responsibilities:

·       Conduct outbound calls to warm and cold leads provided by MediCard.

·       Promote Individual and Family health plans, including sachet products and seasonal offers.

·       Handle customer inquiries, objections, and follow-ups.

·       Record call outcomes and update CRM systems.

·       Coordinate with other MediCard departments for lead handover and escalation.

Qualifications

  • At least 6 months of experience in Telemarketing
  • Good communication skills
  • Amenable to work in a hybrid setup
