What you'll be doing

  • Conduct outbound calls to warm and cold leads provided
  • Promote Individual and Family health plans, including sachet products and seasonal offers.
  • Handle customer inquiries, objections, and follow-ups.
  • Record call outcomes and update CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with other MediCard departments for lead handover and escalation.

What we're looking for

  • 6 months - 1 year of Telemarketing experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers
  • Negotiation skills to handle objections and close deals
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • A proactive, resilient, and results-oriented mindset
  • Familiarity with the call centre and customer service industry
