Ceres Summit Corporation, one of the leading manufacturing experts in Food, Pharma-Galenical, Cosmetics, and Home Solutions in the Philippines. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Building Maintenance Technician to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on Facilities and Equipment.
  • Perform ongoing preventive maintenance inspections and repairs on carpentry, electrical, masonry, metal works and plumbing.
  • Conduct routine maintenance inspections, troubleshooting, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
  • Ensures compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
  • Assist with installation and upgrades of equipment.
  • Impact team through defined duties, methods and tasks as described in detail.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.

Education & Experience Requirement:

  • Technical or vocational training in maintenance or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician.
  • Strong Carpentry, Electrical, Masonry, Metal Works and Plumbing skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
  • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php16,000.00 per month
