As a key member of the Oolio Group, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our accounts-related operations—ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across all financial touchpoints. This role contributes directly to the seamless management of merchant transactions, financial reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.

Leveraging your understanding of our business systems and processes, you'll be responsible for end-to-end accounts receivable tasks, invoicing, payment collection, transaction reconciliation, and supporting continuous process improvements across multiple business units.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage invoicing and payment processing, ensuring accuracy and timely execution
  • Reconcile merchant transactions across multiple platforms (Oolio Payment, Oolio Pay, IP and SP resellers)
  • Handle collections and resolve disputes to maintain smooth financial operations
  • Support month-end closing activities and inventory audits in coordination with finance and warehouse teams
  • Collaborate with Oolio Group's Finance and Merchant Support teams to address payment discrepancies
  • Identify and support automation and process improvement opportunities within payment operations
  • Participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives to enhance team collaboration and professional development
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure proper tracking of rental arrangements, asset allocations, and terminal onboarding/offboarding
  • Maintain data accuracy and integrity across NetSuite and HubSpot systems
Key Qualifications and Traits:
  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and a genuine interest in working with numbers
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles and procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good time management and problem-solving abilities
  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Open to fresh graduates who demonstrate the above qualities and a strong eagerness to grow
  • Bonus points for prior experience with NetSuite or similar accounting systems
