Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Team Leader located in Pasay, with some work from home acceptable. The Team Leader will oversee daily operations, manage team performance, and ensure project deadlines are met. Responsibilities include mentoring team members, setting targets, facilitating effective communication, and resolving issues that may arise within the team. The Team Leader will also report progress and provide feedback to senior management while maintaining a positive team environment.
Qualifications
Senior Associates
Minimum 2.5 years of Customer Service experience
Skilled in handling complex customer concerns
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Amenable to handle voice or non-voice transactions
Contact Center Process Associates
Minimum 1.5 years of Customer Service experience
Excellent English communication skills and customer-centric mindset
Ability to resolve issues efficiently while maintaining professionalism
