Job description:

As Recruitment Associate Consultant, your primary objective is to support the company's growth by achieving revenue targets through successful placements while supporting business development initiatives. Your responsibilities include:

Creative Sourcing and Research

  • Perform multi-channel and creative approach in developing strong talent community for all assigned job orders and mandates. This includes, but not limited to, creating and posting job ads; headhunting activities and candidate referrals.
  • Perform pitch/opportunity calls to target candidates and secure profiles/CVs for both active and passive job orders and mandates.
  • Maintain, track and update candidate movements in the applicant tracking system.
  • Perform market intelligence to stay updated on industry trends; share insights to improve search strategies.

Recruitment and Client Management

  • Client Engagement and Relationship Building: Understand clients' hiring needs and CTQs (Critical To Quality) of the assigned job orders and mandates; manage relationships with clients to ensure alignment on recruitment objectives.
  • Conduct candidate interviews aligned with the company's search methodology (focusing on CTQs).
  • Candidate and client management throughout the entire hiring process.
  • Provide good candidate experience to all applicants who go through our company's and client's hiring process
  • Conduct employment reference check on candidates
  • Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards, including data protection and employment regulations.
  • Support Senior Consultants in research, presentations and administrative tasks.

Business Development

  • Provide support by researching on Ultimate Decision Makers (UDMs) of target industries via LinkedIn and/or other sources and presenting blind profiles for job postings for target industries.
