Your Role:

As a
Digital Marketing Lead
, you will:

  • Lead
    the planning, creation, editing, and publishing of digital and social media content across United Petroleum, Pie Face, and Quickstop brands.
  • Coordinate
    content development with internal teams and external creatives, ensuring alignment with brand tone and strategic goals.
  • Manage
    day-to-day community engagement and customer interaction across social and digital platforms.
  • Implement
    long-term content calendars and national social media campaigns, including Meta ad management and local store opening activations.
  • Report
    weekly and monthly on campaign performance, community management metrics, and content analytics, delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate
    with internal and external partners to build channel communities, drive customer engagement, and achieve business objectives.
  • Analyze
    trends, competitors, and customer insights to guide strategic decision-making and marketing initiatives.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing
  • Strong written communication and content editing skills
  • Solid organizational, planning, and reporting capabilities
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred skills/expertise

  • Background in
    retail, QSR, e-commerce, food, or coffee-related industries
  • Video editing experience using Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
  • Data-driven decision-making with strong problem-solving ability
  • Commercial awareness and creativity in identifying business opportunities
