Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the National Capital Region, Philippines, for a Sales Associate for the SME segment. The Sales Associate will engage with small and medium enterprises, identify their needs, and promote relevant TraXion products and services. Daily tasks include conducting client prospecting, preparing and delivering presentations, developing sales strategies, and managing client accounts. The role requires maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with the marketing and product teams to align strategies and goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, customer service, and client relationship management
  • Strong understanding of SME needs and challenges
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in financial technology or services is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region
