What the day will look like

  • Claims Processing: Assist in the preparation, processing, and management of insurance claims.
  • Documentation: Ensure all necessary documentation is collected, organized, and maintained accurately.
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between clients, insurance companies, and internal teams to facilitate claims resolution.
  • Data Entry: Input and update claims information in the company's database and systems.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on claims status and outcomes for management review.
  • Customer Service: Provide support to clients by answering queries and providing updates on their claims.

  • Candidates with an undergraduate degree (graduate of any 4 – year course)
