What the day will look like
- Claims Processing: Assist in the preparation, processing, and management of insurance claims.
- Documentation: Ensure all necessary documentation is collected, organized, and maintained accurately.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between clients, insurance companies, and internal teams to facilitate claims resolution.
- Data Entry: Input and update claims information in the company's database and systems.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on claims status and outcomes for management review.
- Customer Service: Provide support to clients by answering queries and providing updates on their claims.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Candidates with an undergraduate degree (graduate of any 4 – year course)
- Demonstrate resilience; the flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change
- Able to develop simple solutions to complex problems
- Strong client-focus with a passion for delivering added new value
- Results driven and take accountability for results
- Highly analytical and detail-oriented
