Job Summary:

The Claims and Warranty Assistant is responsible for assisting in the processing, monitoring, and documentation of warranty and claims transactions. This role ensures that all claims are properly validated, filed, and tracked in accordance with company policies and manufacturer guidelines, supporting efficient aftersales operations and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and process warranty and claims documentation in compliance with manufacturer and company standards.
  • Review and verify the accuracy of service job orders, parts used, and claim justifications before submission.
  • Coordinate with service advisors, technicians, and parts personnel to ensure complete and accurate claim information.
  • Monitor claim status and follow up on pending or rejected claims to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain organized records of all warranty transactions and related documentation.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports related to warranty performance, claim trends, and reimbursements.
  • Support audits and manufacturer inspections by providing necessary documentation and reports.
  • Handle inquiries regarding claim status, warranty coverage, and related concerns from internal departments or customers.
  • Perform other related administrative and clerical tasks as may be assigned by the Warranty Supervisor or Aftersales Manager.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in warranty, claims, or aftersales operations
  • Knowledge of automotive systems, warranty processes, and manufacturer policies is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and warranty management systems.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
