JOB SUMMARY:

Supervise Documentation analyst in regards of timely execution of documents. Ensures standard process are strictly followed. Conduct coaching, counseling and mentoring.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Customer Focus

  2. Review Warehouse Management System – supervising daily transaction

  3. Ensure that the documentation analyst provides Stocks on Hand (SOH) to their respective client on daily basis.

  4. Operational Excellence

  5. Ensure documentation process are strictly follow.

  6. Checks and maintains necessary records pertaining to inventory and stocks movement.
  7. Ensure that all abnormal movements are properly reported and renders required reports for investigation purposes.
  8. Analyzes and reconciles documents with issues and concerns.
  9. Ensure proper housekeeping, 6S, and safety procedures within the office area.
  10. Observes and performs food safety policy in all warehousing and distribution process.
  11. Ensures compliance with health and safety policy standard and regulations of the company.

  12. Handle inventory-related documents with expertise and familiarity.

  13. Employee Engagement

  14. Oversee and monitor the Documentation Staff schedule work and performance.

  15. Conduct coaching, counselling and mentoring to the documentation staff.
  16. Attend seminar for new process and instructions and conduct echoing session to the documentation associates.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

  • College graduate of any Business or Engineering Courses
  • College level are encouraged to apply.
  • At least 1-3 years of work related experience in the same field.
  • Strong understanding of documentation security principles
  • Highly organized with focused attention to detail.
  • Applicant must be willing to work in Meycauayan Bulacan.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
