Relations and Communication Manager

Reports To: General Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and proactive Relations and Communication Manager to join our dynamic PR company. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and nurturing strategic relationships.

Responsibilities:

Endorsers, KOLs & Press

  • Act as the primary liaison and lead contact for all major endorsers/VIPs, nurturing and maintaining strong relationships to foster long-term partnerships
  • Handle negotiations with major endorsers, media partners and KOLs to secure favorable terms and agreements that align with client objectives and brand strategies.
  • Manage major endorsers in shoots and events, ensuring their needs and guidelines are met while representing the agency in a professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive master database to document all Public Affairs (PA) relationships, including contact information, contract details, and key engagement metrics
  • Track key KOLs, Press, Stakeholders' birthdays, milestones, and special occasions; arrange gifts or acknowledgments to enhance relationships and show appreciation

Clients/Partnerships

  • Proactively identify and pursue potential collaborations and partnerships with other brands, working to explore mutually beneficial opportunities that align with client objectives and enhance brand visibility.

Reports

  • Draft monthly reports on influencer marketing trends, new and upcoming influencers, and market analysis to inform strategy and decision-making

Events

  • Attend networking events, industry conferences, and trade shows to promote our company and establish valuable connections within the industry
  • Check and maintain an up-to-date calendar of relevant events, including those of clients and other brands, to inform strategic decisions and enhance collaboration opportunities
  • Collaborate with the accounts team to manage guest list logistics for key event campaigns, ensuring that the right stakeholders and influencers are invited to maximize event impact and align with strategic objectives

Branding

  • Take the lead in maintaining and managing our social media account/s and website, ensuring content is engaging, consistent, and reflective of our brand identity
  • Safeguard and guide the integrity of PA's brand identity across all interactions and collaborations, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate closely with brand-specific teams, offering support and actively participating in brainstorming sessions for specific campaigns to ensure alignment with client objectives and brand strategies

Work Set-Up: Hybrid

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
