JOB DESCRIPTION – PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST

The Procurement Specialist is responsible for executing end-to-end procurement activities in accordance with company policies, budget directives, and compliance standards. The role ensures timely sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and acquisition of materials, supplies, equipment, and services necessary for operational continuity. Duties include supplier identification and accreditation, price analysis, preparation of purchase requests and purchase orders, contract review, monitoring of deliveries, and resolution of procurement-related issues. The Procurement Specialist maintains updated vendor records, conducts periodic market research to ensure competitive pricing, safeguards cost efficiency, and supports audit and documentation requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Engineering, or any relevant field.
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement procedures, vendor management, price negotiation, and contract terms.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and procurement systems.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated integrity, confidentiality, and adherence to compliance and audit standards.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple transactions, and meet strict timelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php21, Php24,139.58 per month
