Job Description:

We're looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team and help shape exceptional digital experiences for our users. The ideal candidate is a passionate, detail-oriented designer who excels at turning insights into intuitive, engaging, and user-centered designs for both mobile applications and web platforms. If you have a strong background in UX design, enjoy solving complex design challenges, and can mentor others, we'd love to meet you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead user research initiatives to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
  • Develop and manage user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that align with both user goals and business objectives.
  • Champion a user-centered design approach, integrating user feedback and insights throughout the design process.
  • Define and execute a clear UX vision to enhance usability, accessibility, and overall engagement across digital products.
  • Translate research findings into practical design systems, guidelines, and style references.
  • Design, test, and refine UX components such as navigation structures, interaction patterns, and user journeys for optimal performance.
  • Produce compelling visual assets—layouts, images, and sketches—that support and enhance user experience goals.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve complex UX challenges through iterative design and usability testing.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design alignment and execution.
  • Use analytics, customer feedback, and usability metrics to continuously improve design solutions.
  • Mentor junior designers by sharing best practices, tools, and UX methodologies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Deep understanding of UX principles, usability standards, and user research techniques.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to translate user needs into effective design solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
  • Experience leading design initiatives and mentoring team members.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with ride-hailing or similar tech-driven industries is a plus.
