Job Descirption:

  • Assists in the end-to-end development of real estate projects, including land acquisition, planning, permitting, construction monitoring, and turnover.
  • Supports preparation of project financial studies, pricing strategies, and launch documents under the guidance of the Project Development Manager.
  • Coordinates with internal departments (Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Legal, Permits) to gather and track project requirements and timelines.
  • Monitors project schedules, budgets, and construction milestones, and prepares regular status reports.
  • Provides administrative and technical support during project turnover, customer service coordination, and post-construction close-out.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate Management, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in real estate, construction, or property development
  • Basic knowledge of project planning, construction processes, and real estate documentation
  • Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, with familiarity in tools like AutoCAD, MS Project, or equivalent project tracking software.
