Pasay, National Capital Region, Philippines Regent Construction International Inc. Full time ₱900,000 - ₱1,200,000 per year

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred but not required).
  • With at least 5 years of progressive experience in accounting, preferably with experience in the construction industry or related field. Atleast with 1 yr Supervisory experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting standards, taxation, BIR, and SEC compliance.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or equivalent) and MS Excel.
  • Solid experience in financial reporting, AR/AP management, cash flow monitoring, and payroll review.
  • Experience in month-end and year-end closing of books and coordination with external auditors.
  • Strong understanding of construction project accounting (billings, collections, receivables, and payables).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coordinate across departments.
  • Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Work location is BGC but will be moving to Pasay probably last quarter of the yr or 1 st quarter of next year

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handles the day-to-day business financial and accounting processes and records of the construction.
  • Process company payables and ensure that the supporting documents are complete and accurate.
  • Preparation and sending of Billing Statements promptly, AR Aging Report and collection receivables.
  • Prepares cash flow report and projections.
  • Performs month-end closing and year-end closing of books.
  • Responsible for preparing and reporting of monthly financial and management reports and directly reports to the AGMC Head.
  • Work closely with construction project managers from beginning to end of project to ensure receivables and payables are handles and timely accounted for.
  • Apply required construction accounting standards and procedures.
  • Maintain project taxes, licenses, and monitoring reports to ensure timely filing and payment.
  • Review payroll computation of employees including mandatory deductions.
  • Facilitates Annual FS and coordinate with external auditor for annual BIR and SEC filing.
  • Other accounting related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
