The Asset and Inventory Custodian will ensure the proper management, safekeeping, and accurate record-keeping of an organization's physical assets and inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure On time Releasing of Purchase requests (SAP - PR) and provide the required Asset for for capital purchases
  • Assist in the creation/maintenance of files required to be kept compliant with regulatory requirements in accordance with company policies & procedures
  • Do monthly inventory Count and Quarterly and Annual Asset Count
  • Serve as a primary resource for responding to Inventory and Asset Concerns, Inventory / Asset reports and monthly physical count
  • Settle Job Order/PID, Asset retirement, Transfer and purchase

What we're looking for:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in finance roles
