Job Summary:

The Non-Voice Customer Support Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service through written communication channels such as email, live chat, and social media. The role involves assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting product or service issues, processing requests, and ensuring a positive customer experience without phone interaction.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat, email, or messaging platforms.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Handle customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
  • Process orders, refunds, account updates, and other service requests.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or relevant departments when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow company guidelines, quality standards, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with teammates and other departments to improve service delivery.
  • Identify and report recurring issues or feedback to help improve products and processes.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent written communication skills in English.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, chat platforms, or helpdesk software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk).
  • Customer-focused mindset with patience and empathy.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency.
