We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our customer support team as Non-Voice Customer Service Representatives. The role involves handling customer queries and concerns through email, chat, and other online communication channels — with a focus on delivering excellent customer experience and ensuring quick resolution of issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via email, live chat, and web forms.
- Provide accurate information and timely resolutions to customer issues.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Meet daily/weekly performance metrics such as response time, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Open for high school, SHS,College graduate
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Skills:
Good written English communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing speed (minimum 30–35 WPM preferred).
- Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts if required.
- Customer-focused mindset and patience while handling queries.
