With the enactment of the New Government Procurement Act (NGPA) in 2024, the project seeks to institutionalize reforms that promote transparency, accountability, and efficiency. These reforms include modernizing procurement processes, adopting international data standards, and integrating participatory practices to ensure the best value for public funds.
