Analyst, HR Business Partner

What success looks like in this role:
- Provides second level of support to associates and leaders by responding to asks/requests or providing advises, recommendation on HR-related services.
- Implement HR processes and solutions in line with established policies, practices and procedures. These processes include New Hires and Terminations in the covered regions·
- Undertaking change management initiatives, which may involve planning, driving, implementing and managing the change often on a project basis·
- Ensure local HR practices and standards conform to Government and company policy, guidelines and initiatives·
- Prompt, accurate, consistent and quality Human Resource services in the region· Responds to inquiries from employees, managers as well as the HR team (including the AP HR Directors).
- Representing the company at mediation/external meetings regarding employment relations cases, as required
• Reporting and analysis
You will be successful in this role if you have:
- Minimum of 5 years in generalist HR roles with increasing responsibilities - all HR functions·
- Strong Employee Relations experience with ability to provide good advice to leaders and employees·
- Good written & oral communication skills·
- Comes forward in identifying issues with solution options well articulated
- Willingness to take ownership of tasks allocated·
- Commitment to adhere to defined HR processes·
- Takes direction with ease & acceptance.
- Proficient in excel, word, powerpoint & other tools in the Microsoft Office program
