What you'll be doing
- Manage and prioritise a diverse range of administrative tasks, including documentation, data validation, and data analysis and reporting.
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders, acting as the first point of contact for inquiries
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Maintain and organise electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring the efficient retrieval of information
- Support the management team with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required
- Contribute to the implementation of office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in a fast-paced office environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and G- Drive
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible and adaptable, with a positive attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges
- Willing to work in Santa Maria, Bulacan
