About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Admin to support our supply chain and logistics operations in Sta. Rosa, Laguna. This role ensures smooth coordination of deliveries, inventory management, and transportation while assisting with administrative tasks to keep the logistics process efficient. Knowledge of automobiles and the ability to drive with a valid license is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor delivery schedules, transportation, and fleet operations.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and logistics documentation.
- Assist in procurement, stock control, and warehouse management tasks.
- Communicate with suppliers, drivers, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies in logistics operations.
- Support administrative tasks related to logistics and supply chain operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain administration.
- Knowledge of automobile operations and fleet management is a plus.
- Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and inventory/logistics management software.
