100,000 PHP to 150,000 PHP/Monthly

The Full Stack Web Developer will support the client across website development, maintenance, and customization work. The role focuses on WordPress builds and upkeep, hosting on WP Engine, GitHub-based version control, and customizations/integrations (including CRM-related tasks). The team is remote and operates on EST hours.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain WordPress websites, themes, and site updates.
  • Manage environments and deployments on WP Engine (hosting, configs, routine maintenance).
  • Use GitHub for version control, code reviews, and repository hygiene.
  • Implement site customizations and integrations, including CRM-related workflows as client needs arise.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., SEO/PPC, account team) on web changes tied to marketing and ops.
  • Work within client processes and access standards (company email credentials, 2FA, permissions).
  • Coordinate tasks and updates via Basecamp (project management).

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on full stack web development with significant WordPress experience.
  • Proficiency with WP Engine administration and deployment workflows.
  • Strong GitHub practice (branching, PRs, code review).
  • Experience delivering customizations and integrations (including CRM-related work).
  • Comfortable with the current AI wave of coding and building as discussed with the client.
  • Clear, concise communicator; reliable in a fully remote, EST-aligned setup.
  • Bachelor's degree (4-year) preferred in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or a related field; or equivalent hands-on experience.
