My Saving Grace Realty And Development Corp. are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented In-House Accounting professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Accounting principles and practices, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Manage the preparation of liquidation financial statements and reports.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements during the liquidation process.
- Manage payroll processes, including calculating wages, deductions, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
- Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and related variance analyses.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper archiving of liquidation documentation.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounting (minimum 2 year preferred).
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems, tax regulations, and labor laws.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Coordinate training programs and maintain employee development records.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Willing to Travel
