My Saving Grace Realty And Development Corp. are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented In-House Accounting professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Accounting principles and practices, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Manage the preparation of liquidation financial statements and reports.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements during the liquidation process.
  • Manage payroll processes, including calculating wages, deductions, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
  • Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and related variance analyses.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper archiving of liquidation documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in accounting (minimum 2 year preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems, tax regulations, and labor laws.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Coordinate training programs and maintain employee development records.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Willing to Travel
