We are seeking an Applications Engineer with strong experience in enterprise application development using Java Spring/Spring Boot. The ideal candidate is hands-on with modern cloud platforms, containerization technologies, and API development, while being adaptable to emerging front-end frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java Spring/Spring Boot.
  • Build and integrate RESTful APIs and authentication mechanisms.
  • Deploy, manage, and scale applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
  • Implement containerization and orchestration solutions using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging tools, and frameworks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience developing enterprise applications with Java Spring/Spring Boot.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
  • Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Proficiency in API development and RESTful services.
  • Familiarity with authentication and security standards (OAuth, JWT, etc.).
  • Exposure to modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or ) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 18 months

Pay: Up to Php93,000.00 per month
