JOB POSITION: PROJECT MANAGER (EL NIDO, PALAWAN)

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2-3 years of experience as Project Manager
  • Must be experienced in IT related project such as CCTV, WIFI, Structured Cabling
  • Must be experienced in doing site surveys, making quotes/budgets
  • Good Communication skills
  • Computer literate
  • Must have Driver's License
  • Local knowledge in the area of El Nido Palawan

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Planning, coordinating and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline and scope.
  • Effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
  • Coordinate internal sources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Conducting onsite surveys and making quotes/budgets
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
  • Perform other related tasks assigned by the CEO.
