Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research on the properties and characteristics of materials
  • Create and test materials, and analyze results to determine their performance under different conditions
  • Develop new materials and processes to meet specific product requirements
  • Advise on material selection for product design, considering factors such as cost, lifespan, and environmental impact
  • Work with production teams to implement new materials and processes in manufacturing
  • Monitor material performance and evaluate material deterioration
  • Communicate with suppliers, clients, and other professionals to stay updated on latest trends and developments
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and industry-specific regulations
  • Prepare reports and present findings to stakeholders
  • Conduct failure analysis and provide solutions to material-related problems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or any related course.
  • Licensed Civil Engineer/Materials Engineer
  • With at least 2-3 year's work related experience
  • Willing to work in Palawan
