We are looking for a proactive, committed, and methodical person.

Fluency in English, other languages are a plus. You'll be part of our Operations team, as Project and Countries Manager Assistant, you are responsible for coordinating international projects and activities across multiple countries. This role ensures our operations adhere to regulatory standards and company policies, contributing to continuous process improvement and risk mitigation.

Role Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing the regional key countries' needs
  • Document findings, including identifying regulatory updates and countries' improvements.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the country´s methodologies and tools.
  • Manage the planning, execution, and control of regulatory compliance projects in telecommunications, engaging internally and with third parties (laboratories, governments, etc.) to meet established goals.
  • Extract actionable items from proposals, connecting with the rest of the team worldwide
  • Maintain key performance metrics.
  • Keep databases and information systems related to clients, countries, projects, and other relevant entities up to date.
